Petzl Ascentree

The Petzl Ascentree is designed for ascending double ropes in trees using the 'footlock' technique or with two Pantin foot ascenders. The ergonomic molded handles allow for a powerful yet comfortable grip. Works with ropes 8-13 mm in diameter. To prevent the rope rubbing, the cam is totally integrated into the body of the rope clamp. A carabiner can be inserted into the upper holes to ensure the rope cannot accidentally release from the cam. The lower holes are perfect for connecting a Petzl Footpro (adjustable webbing leg loop) if you only want to use one Petzl Pantin. Each Ascentree is individually tested and CE certified.
