DB Tree Quick Step

The DB Tree Quick Step includes all the accessory items you will need for an SRT set-up on a floating bridge harness if you already own a Croll, hand ascender, Pantin and a couple of rated triple-lock carabiners. The kit includes a 600mm Aspiring 22kN stitched eye-to-eye cows tail with Petzl Strings on each end to stop it 'floating' on the bar of the carabiner (the DB Tree Ropewalker uses a DMM Aero at the top - attached to the Kong Futura hand ascender - and a DMM Sentinel at the bottom - attached to your bridge). The 300mm long chin strap attachment (rubber bungee) has an Edelrid Micro O crimped on one end and a large eye on the other, ready to be cinched into the top hole of the Croll. The Samson Tenex 10mm leg loop has a tight-eye spliced into one end for the attachment to the top carabiner, and a large adjustable eye at the other. Step into the eye and pull on the adjuster 'tail' to cinch it up against your boot. The Beal Pinch is used to keep the Croll in position on the carabiner attached to the bridge of your harness. All the accessory equipment needed for a rope walker if you already own the hardware.
