Bashlin Alu Tree Climbers

Bashlin BD14 spurs are constructed from lightweight aluminum with replaceable forged steel gaffs. The Bashlin Alu tree Climbers come complete with 105BC leather comfort pads with a rigid steel insert to provide the ultimate protection for the climbers' leg - or you can upgrade to Velcro tops for even greater comfort. The aluminum alloy shaft construction reduces weight by 30% over comparable steel climbers, reducing climber fatigue and adding comfort. Aluminum is not quite as robust as steel - everything comes at a cost! Bashlin's can be adjusted to fit different size legs. Gaffs can be sharpened with a mill bastard file.
