6mm Ocean Vectran is manufactured by Teufelberger in Austria. The Aramid/Polyester sheath is the same as that found on Ocean Polyester but its the Vectran load-bearing core which provides Ocean Vectran with its amazing strength of 2200kg (for a 6mm line). The sheath resists abrasion, is very 'grippy' and is heat resistant - perfect for all rope-on-rope situations. Ocean Vectran is the line used on the Treemagineers rope tools like the CE Lanyard and the OV Loop with Thimble and is also available  from Teufelberger in various length pre-stitched loops.
