10 mm Teufelberger Ocean Polyester hitch cord or anchor device with a factory stitched spliced eye at each end. Ocean Polyester was designed in association with the Treemagineers. Fully certified and tested according to Class B of the EN 795 standard for use by a single person in a fall arrest system to EN 395. Designed specifically for use with Treemagineers Hitch Climber System. Composed of a polyester/aramid sheath over a polyester core, its construction makes the rope highly abrasion resistant, grippy, and heat resistant. The second generation of Ocean Polyester was made softer in
order to facilitate difficult knotting applications.
This product is so durable TÜV have stated that after arresting a fall, the Ocean Polyester Eye-to-Eye friction cord may be safely retained in service for the duration of an ongoing rescue.
