Petzl Connect Adjust

The Petzl Connect Adjust is a small, single-adjustable lanyard designed to attach you to an anchor. It can be used for mountaineering and aerial rescue situations. Its easy-to-use adjuster lets you quickly change the length with one hand, keeping the rescue system tidy and helping you stay in the right position. You can change its length from 15 to 95 cm. It uses a 9 mm-thick rope that stretches a bit to lessen impact if you slip, and it has a strong, sewn loop for attaching a girth hitch to your harness. There's a Tanga rubber ring to keep the ADJUST in the right position on the carabiner bar, making it easier to attach and remove. The Petzl Connect Adjust lanyard is meant for simple connection (rescuer to rescuee), not for absorbing the shock of a fall. Only use it in situations where you would fall less than the length of the rope.
